If you need to cancel your order within the 30-minute window:

  2. Send us a message with your Order Number and the subject line "Cancellation Request".

  3. Our support team will process your request as quickly as possible.

Beyond the 30-Minute Window

Once the 30-minute window has passed, your order may have already entered the processing stage to ensure prompt shipment. At this point, we are unable to cancel the order. However, once you receive the item, you may initiate a return in accordance with our [Refund & Warranty Policy].

Refund Process After Cancellation

If your cancellation request is successful and within the 30-minute window:

  • You will receive a confirmation email regarding the cancellation.

  • The refund process will be initiated immediately.
