At ZENITH GLOBAL TRADING LTD, we stand behind the quality of the DriveAirpro™ wireless mini pump. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your DriveAirpro™ to request a return. To qualify for a return, the unit must be in its original condition, unused, and include all original accessories (nozzle attachments, charging cables, etc.) in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Operational Warranty (For Defective Units)
Beyond the standard return policy, your DriveAirpro™ comes with a limited operational warranty. If you encounter any technical issues—such as battery failure or motor malfunction—within the first 6 months of ownership, please contact us. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or repair if the defect is confirmed to be related to manufacturing rather than misuse.
How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim

For Returns: Include your order number and the reason for the return.

For Warranty Claims: Please include your order number, a brief description of the technical issue, and a short video or photo demonstrating the problem.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. However, if the item is confirmed to be defective under our warranty or arrived damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your DriveAirpro™ immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or you received the incorrect model, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@zenithglobaltrading.co.uk with photos of the issue. We will prioritize a replacement or exchange.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
