30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your DriveAirpro™ order to request a return. To qualify for a return, the unit must be unused, in the same condition as received, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team at: support@zenithglobaltrading.co.uk. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your DriveAirpro™ immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@zenithglobaltrading.co.uk with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
